that worked for me that I learned early on from Gary Keller

give thanks in the morning for the blessings that you are given
the checkoff
what you are grateful for
spend a quiet moment
# 2 tell those around you and your family
that you care about them
and you love them hug them
Kiss them
or just call them

Exercise your body daily!!
even if it's as little as
fifty push up's in the morning and fifty at night do something active keep that body
or lose it

put the right foods
into your body and give it the to fuel it needs
to tackle the tough challenges
and then get out there and Lead generate!! go do what is it you do!!!
