To order one of our Balance IT® products for your pet, please visit our website at
www.BalanceIT.com using your Internet browser. If you do not know how to go to a specific
website address, please have a family member or friend that knows how, assist you.
Once at BalanceIT.com, click "Shop for Products" on the front page below the bag of Balance
IT® Natural Veterinary Food. This will bring you to our Shop for Products page.
Once you have chosen the product that is right for your pet, click on the "Add to Cart" button
underneath the product price. In this scenario, we will choose to order the Balance IT® Canine
supplement.
A pop up notification may appear after clicking "Add to Cart". After you have read any displayed
message, please click "OK." Clicking the "X" button at the top right hand corner of this
pop up will prevent the product from being added to your cart.
After clicking "OK" you will see that the item has been added to your cart. To continue
with the checkout process, click "View Shopping Cart" located at the top of the page or in
the green portion on the top right hand side of the page.
The next step of the checkout process is to edit the quantities of the products in your
cart if desired. After editing the quantity, click "Update Quantities." Once you have finalized
the amount of product you wish to buy, click "Checkout" to continue to the next step.
Clicking "Checkout" will lead you to this page. Please enter your shipping information
including your first name, last name, street, city or town, state, Zip or postal code, country,
phone number, and email.
Once you have entered your shipping information, click on "Set Shipping Address."
This page will be displayed after you have entered your shipping information. We offer
free ground shipping within the US.

After you have reviewed your shipping method, please click "Set Shipping Method."
Clicking "Set Shipping Method" will bring you to this page in the checkout process.
Please enter your billing address including your first name, last name, street, city/town,
state, Zip or postal code, country, phone number, and email. Be sure to enter the correct
billing information to prevent your credit card being declined due to an Address Verification
System or "AVS" mismatch. After you have entered this information, click "Set Billing Address."
After you have set your billing address, you will see this page. To have this same order
automatically re-ordered, click on the drop down menu next to "Reorder Automatically"
Clicking on this drop down menu will give you options for how often you would like this
order automatically reordered. In this scenario, we will choose for this order to be reordered
monthly.
After choosing your automatic reorder option, you can enter coupon codes. If you have a
coupon code, enter it in the field next to "Gift Certificate/Coupon code." Then click
"Apply Coupon" and then click "Enter Payment Information." If you do not have a coupon
code, click "Enter Payment Information" to enter your credit card information.
Enter your credit card information. Clicking the drop down menu next to "Type" in the "Payment
Information" box will allow you to choose the type of credit card. Then enter your credit
card number, the name on the credit card, your credit card expiration date, and your
CVV2 or security code. After entering your credit card information, click on "Set Payment".
After you have set your payment method, you will see a review of your order, shipping
information, billing information, and payment information. Please review this page to make
sure your order looks correct. If you have to change the information of any step, please
use the numbered section links on the top of the page. Once you are satisfied with the
information detailed on this page, click "Submit Order" once.
Clicking "Submit Order" will bring you to this confirmation page. This page will show
you a review of your order. You will also be emailed a confirmation to the email you
provided on your account or the email you provided in the checkout process.
