Hi my name is Mike Lumley on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to teach you pitching. So
again coming up set okay so one thousand one, one thousand two, and then we can go to the
plate. Okay, so vary those times very crucial is the right handed pitcher. Okay so the next
thing here is when we pick okay so I will give you a couple of different timings and
then we will go through the footwork. Timing could come in anytime, you can come up, as
you come up you can pick. As you come all the way down you can pick, as you don't even
have to set you can come over and pick. There is all these different variables that would
make you know a base runner very uncomfortable with this position over there. You are also
going to want to make sure that you are not paying too too much attention to a base runner
and taking all of your focus off. You really, your major task at hand is that is to get
the hitter up. But if you are in control of the whole situation on your timing it is not
a excitable movement, it is not rushed, it is not panicky but you would be able to hold
this runner effectively and still be very affective at the plate and get this guy out.
