Hey everybody! Today I am doing a LUSH cocktail and this is the first one
I've ever done,
so we'll see how this goes. The two items I'm going to be using (yes, only two
because I couldn't bring more to the beach house where I am staying) are
the Sunny Side Bubble Bar, which has a crack in it that makes it look
like a sparkly butt, and
the Rose Queen Bath Bomb.
I'm calling this the "Rose Gold" Bath Cocktail, and I
hope on improving this in the future if I do like the scent.
I'm going to start running the bath and getting the bubble bar going
then I'm going to add in the bath bomb later. Let's see how this goes.
I've crushed up the bubble bar bag because
it is super super
sparkly
and I didn't want to get glitter on the counter.
I'm bringing it over to the bath tub so
I can pour it right
under where the water is going to be. Yes, I am using a full bubble bar
which I may or may not regret in the future.
I'm just going to let the water hit it
and then agitate the water with my hand to create the bubbles. Here we go!
I'm crushing up the larger pieces.
You can see that the bubbles are already forming.
The water is this pretty
yellow-y color right now and there
is definitely glitter in it.
I'm just making sure that all the major chunks
are broken up so I don't have any random little bits floating around.
I'm just going to let the water run while agitating it.
The water is just really yellow.
I don't know if you can see because the camera lighting is bad, but there is
some glitter.
The water has this really beautiful
pearlized effect.
It's just this really gorgeous
pearliness which reminds me of this
one water
ball thing
that I had as a kid that had the same pretty pearly waters.
This is what it's looking like right now, which is just absolutely
gorgeous.
The scent of this bubble bar is pretty citrus-y,
which is a bit unfortunate because I'm taking this bath in the evening
after a
long day at the beach.
I'm trying to get some more bubbles going.
It's been about a minute
since you last saw this, and this is what the bubbles are looking like right now.
There is maybe 3-4 inches of water. I'm sorry that it's blurry and I don't know how to get this thing
to focus.
There is a beautiful cloud of bubbles! It's
absolutely amazing!
Before the water gets too high and the bubbles get too large, I'm going to drop in the
bath bomb.
We're just gonna drop in the Rose Queen.
This is a pretty small bath ballistic. I haven't used this one before so
I have no idea
how long it's going to take.
My hand is pretty small: five-and-a-half inches from beneath my
palm
to my finger tips just for comparison. You can
tell that it's got rose bits stickig out of it, so the bath
is going to have some stuff floating around in it.
I'm going to just drop it and let it fizz there.
You can see this
gorgeous little pink plume
issuing out of it.
It's sinking to the bottom.
Here is what it looks like now and you can really see all the bits of flowers.
I'm just going to let that go.
It's already turning the water pink
It's spinning!
This is a relatively
fast fizzing bath bomb.
I'm going to stand up so I can show you the whole tub.
Here is what is in the shower. There are four girls in the house so it's messy.
I wish the camera would focus! I'm so sorry. :(
Here is the bath bomb and it's almost fizzed out
It's taking about a minute to be done.
Look at that! It's almost gone.
It's barely there anymore.
The waters
are gorgeous! They're more
pink now, but they still have that beautiful golden pearly sheen.
it's more of a rose gold color now!
I'm just going to let this tub fill up by itself and
soak in it. The bubble bar gave it beautiful silky waters
which it's quite lovely to have the moisturizing properties.
This is going to be great! It smells amazing! It mostly smells like Sunny Side
but I'm getting
a little of that rose scent wafting up.
Alright! I'm going to go and enjoy my bath.
Thank you guys for watching and I will see you later! Bye! :)
