just does an unbelievable job of follow through.

G. Smith kind of had a unique problem. Their building is so high, and their ductwork is
located at the very top of their building. They were just having problems getting the
cool air to the floor, and I mean that's what these fans do. They help bring the temperature
down.

pride in it. He did an excellent job of selling the warranty, future use. So when he did that,
I could see the passion in him that he wanted this to happen. He wanted it to work. So I
gave him an opportunity.

When Harold placed the order, we came out with the fans and the lift, and we put the

When you're working with vendors and salespeople, anything can happen. But Jason has just really
done a good job with MacroAir, taking a personal interest, always constantly just coming by
and visiting. He does a great job of just feeling that you made the right decision.
That's what I'm talking about a relationship.
