The second thing is our employees they took early risks to come to work for a company

Hope and that's tenacity you have to always hope and actually know you have to see the end,
you have to know that you're able to do that project, make that happen and then you have
to have the tenacity to keep going even if the money's low, the morale's low or you run
into a lot of obstacles because you have to have the vision to know that you can do that job.

This morning while I was getting ready I listened to Warren Buffet interview
and he said the reason that he's done so well is that he loves what he does and I think
that that translates for us all to be successful you first need to love what you do.

and not just hearing them and applying the lessons that they had hard won over time.
