Are you way to make your belly dancing rock? My name is Karen and this is Johanna. We're
with Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio and we're going to work on our rocking juicy undulation.
So let's put one foot in the front. Remember our juicy back undulation are down movement
is going to be on the one, right here on the pull. So it's going to go; one, two, three,
four and we're going to lift up and then we're going to switch our foot to the back. So it's
going to go; down and down, lift; pull and pull, lift. Pull and pull, lift. Let me come
a little bit forward here so you can see how it moves back. So we're going to go; one,
two, three, lift. One, two, three, switch the feet. One, two, three, good. Make sure
you keep breathing, keep your shoulders nice and steady and let this move underneath you.
Good. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. Practice this in the mirror so that
you get the movement nice and contain and it's a nice smooth transition from foot to
foot. So when you lift that chest, that's when you're going to switch your feet. And
one, two, three, lift and switch; two, three, lift switch. One, two, three, good. So practice
that in the mirror and you'll have a nice juicy back undulation rocking.
