Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and
on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp crab salad. We cut up
our green onion bottoms now we're going to do our tops we're going to do them the same
way we're going to make small cuts and as I said earlier your going to go into our salad
of different point and time and part of whole layering process, they'll actually go in closer
to the completion where as the bottoms that we cut will go in as much earlier. So get our tops cut into small little rings
I say rings because if you look at them it's what they are little rings. Here's our tops
cut into small pieces we'll move them to the side and get on to our next step.
