What are you making? Bachali Aaku Bajji Chaat (Indian Spinach Fritters)
Ingredients required to make Bachali Aaku Bajji Chaat
Indian Spinach (Malabar Spinach), Tamarind, Coriander, Mint, Green Chillies, Onions, Honey, Sugar,
Curd, Carrots, Tomatoes, Chaat Masala, Sev, Gram Flour, Corn Flour, Carom Seeds, Salt, Chilli Powder, Oil
Take some gram flour, corn flour, carom, salt, red chilli powder and mix them all with some water
Take the batter/paste into a bowl
Take a pan and heat enough oil for deep frying
Dip the Spinach leaves in the batter and fry them
Take the bajji aside
Take them into a serving plate
Add 2 tsp of honey & 2 tsp of sugar to some curd and mix well
Pour some curd evenly over the Bajjis
Take some mint & coriander leaves with 2 green chillies and some salt and grind into a paste
Add the mint paste over the bajjis
Grind some Dates with some tamarind juice, then add this to the bajjis
Sprinkle some finely chopped onions over the bajjis
Add some finely chopped green chillies
Add some grated carrots
Add one finely chopped tomato
Add some Sev (Gram Flour Snack)
Add some chaat masala
Finally add some mint & coriander leaves
