In the 1st step, for those who are starting to learn the ATW
You should start doing it with the ball controlled on your foot (like this)
Practice this movement a lot of times until you do it perfectly
In the 2nd step, after you control the ball perfectly with your foot
Do this movement
You control the ball and then you do this
You are doing a simulation of the ATW
Pay attention, when you're doing this movement
Don't stretch the leg too much so you won't be able to do the ATW
You just do this
In the 3rd step, after you do the previous movements really well
You should complete the ATW
So you control the ball
You raise the ball and then you complete the movement (ATW)
4th step and last one
You are already doing the ATW, but now you should practice to do it in the traditional way
Like: you're juggling and then you do the ATW
Usually you don't have the ball controlled like this
So you have to
Start juggling
And do the ATW

to do the ATW faster
1#TIP: When you're starting to learn the ATW
Grab the ball with your hands, let it fall
And practice this movement
A lot of times
You can also do it like this
This will help you to get body coordination
2#TIP: If you want to do the ATW when you're juggling
You should practice the juggling
You shouldn't juggle with only 1 foot
It will unbalance your body
And will also get tired fast
You should juggle with both feet
Until you have a good ball control
3# TIP: When you're doing the ATW
You can do the ATW like this
Or like this
First, only focus in 1 way (inside or outside ATW) and only when you feel comfortable
Focus in the other way
