Hi, this is Trish from TrishTalks.com life coaching. My life tip for you today is get
off balance. Sometimes when you need to get things done, you need to get off balance.
That's how we get things done. Great things are rarely done when you're balanced. However,
beware that it does not become a habit. Because that is no way to live your life on an ongoing
basis. For example, when I was throwing my event, LIFE 2013 back in November, I was completely
off balance for 3, maybe 4 weeks before the event. But I needed to be, my entire focus
was on that event, making it a success and that's where it needed to be. But after the
event was over, I needed to find my balance again. I needed to sleep again, spend some
time with my kids, re-find that balance. And sometimes it's okay to get off balance, we
need to get things done. But if you stay there long term, other areas of your life will start
to suffer. So every now and then, just take a look at your life and are you feeding your
spirit, your soul? Are you spending time with the people closest to you, feeding those relationships?
Are you taking care of your health? Are you sleeping? Are you taking care of your business,
your finances? These are all areas we need to focus on, but every now and then, one of
them will need more attention than the others, and that's okay. But just find your way back
