Ava: Hi, everybody. I'm Ava. This is Loretta. We're the Double Time Twins. Right now we're
going to teach you how to whip your hair when you dance, so it's hairography, right? Two
things to really remember, to not be afraid to really whip it, when you get around to
it.
Loretta: And really get in it. And of course, have your hair down.
Ava: That will help. Have your hair down. Okay. We can show you the move without it,
and then we'll show you the move with it, so you can see the difference and how you
can add to it. The basic move, you could just go down and up. Again, hands go on your hips,
feet/shoulder width apart, and you just go down and up. One more time. Down and up.
We're going to take this move, and we're going to do the hair flick on four. It's going to
go one, two, three, hair flick. Yes. Basically, you just whip your hair. You whip your head,
and then your hair is going to go along with it.
Ava: Let's try it. Five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four. Okay? Basically, your
head's going in a circle, circle, circle. When you whip it, your hair is going to go
along with it. Okay? And if that happens, like this, then you can just pull it out of
your face nicely, like it's a part of the move. Okay? Let's try it again. Five, six,
seven, eight. One, two, three, four. Yes. Then you can go five, six, seven, eight. Okay?
Let's try it again. Five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
Awesome. And that's how you do hairography.
