Hi and welcome to another video!
In this video I'd like to show you how to open the Marvel Select figures saving the packaging!
As you can see, I have here my Venom packaging in which I store some of the accessories.
I tried to do the operations in front of the camera, but I can't show you well what to do so I'm going to describe them and show you the final result which is way useful, in my opinion.
The first thing to do, the first step, is to make this carboard portion openable.
Obviously, you can do it simply by pulling this part off, but that would rip off all these artworks, they would get ruined!
So, what to do? Using a knife, you just have to cut the glue, you have to cut and pull together, until the part will detach.
This way, the artworks won't get ripped off!
Here you can see these protuberances that will help the carboard portion to stay in place, however the glue maintains his attaching power, as you can see.
As you probably realized, the figure will come out from this side. So the next step is simply cutting all along this side with the cutter and then make two cuts...
...one up here, see?
In the depth direction.
Same thing at the bottom. That is fairly easy to do because there are already these lines on the blister in this direction.
So you just have to make a cut at the first line at the bottom, and another one at the corresponding line on the top side.
This lateral side will become openable! See?
So you'll be able to take the inner blister, where the figure is stored, out of the box!
The cut on the side is completely hidden by the carboard portion, the only visible parts are the two cuts, the bottom one is not visible actually, only the top cut is visible.
However, you can barely see them because the plastic is transparent and anyway, if you want, you can use some tape to close them!
So, you can put the inner blister back in the outer blister.
Just open this part and insert the blister...
Like this!
VoilĂ !
Check out! Packaging is safe!
You can use it to store the figure or the accessories only, like I did!
A very good way to store the accessories, especially the tiny ones which get loose easily. Also the very fragile ones. It's a good thing to store them in the packaging.
I hope this video will be useful and, that being said, I'll see you on the next video!
