Hello, this is Eric at the Institute today with the MusicRadar Bass Expo. We're going
to be talking about the new 4000E Ibanez four string, which we've reinforced the neck with
titanium inside giving us one solid piece for the body, for tight rich tones for the player.
Again we are using the mono-rail bridge which gives independency, for each of the
strings to vibrate and have it's own tone quality. We've moved on to using a Bartolini
custom american system and we've got the Power Curve III electronics which now allows two
mid range changes, for low and high mid range. It really gives you that poppy slappy sound
if you're looking for that real good tone.

Or, if you want to switch between a bit of the pickups, move some of the mid sweep out
you can get that really lovely finger style sound.

Alright, we're going to talk about the Ibanez SRX530 electric bass. We've got a really lovely
construction of three piece maple neck. We've got an ash body, which we've done this amazing
brown burst on with that real vintage, lovely look. And binding around the edge, which is
quite remeniscent of the RoadStar 2 from the late seventies, early eighties for me.
We've put the Accu-cast B200 bridge on it for a really chunky sound, so you'll be able to
get great finger style, but also bright poppy tones when you need it. We've put in the PFR
pickup system and electronics.

You can get that really bright tone, or you can get a finger style sound.

Not only does the SRX530 sound great and look great, but it has an amazing price.
