We’re back to healthy hint.
I’m sitting at Mellow shop,i have just eaten a delicious cake at crabe dara.
And today I have a healthy hint for you.
For some of you who are under stress I have a hint for you to release your stress.
Because these days a lot of people are living under stress more or less.
Today we’ll talk about what we can do to prevent that.
First hint is to write a diary.
Write down what you’ve been doing during that week.
Write down what makes you stress.
And write down how you feel at that moment.
Write down what you said, or what strong words you used.
Write down if your heart was beating fast.
Write down what problem that was.
Do it for the whole week.
Then take a look back at it and see what you have to fix.
Or what you should do about it.
Some time you might have big problem come in your life.
But it also might be just a small problem that you don’t need to pay attention to.
What you can change or do just slowly change it.
Another hint is to rest.
For some of you who work a lot.
Find time to take a break.
Maybe you should take your holiday vacation for a week or two.
Or go get a massage after work.
The third hint is finding something to do that you wouldn’t think about work.
For example read a book.
When you’re reading the book you will not think about work.
Or watch a movie.
It will help a lot.
This will help u to relax from work, study and other stress.
The fourth hint is finding new friends.
Talk to your friends about your stress.
And for some of the friends that like to ask you out.
It’s ok to say NO! to them.
That’s the number 4 hint.
Yes it’s good to go out sometime. But too often is no good because you need time to rest after work.
Last hint is meditation.
You should give yourself some time.
And those are 5 easy hints that may help all of you to release your stress.
