today I'll prepare a green smoothie with cactus
stay tunned
this green smoothie has grapefruit juice, cactus and papaya, all ingredients greatly recommended
for weight loss, but also the cactus has many healing properties, they are good
to lower cholesterol, to help diabetics regulate blood sugar
levels for those suffering from gastritris, it's even for the liver and memory
in Mexico it is a common food, either raw or cooked, and you find it in supermarkets
ready to consume, here in some areas in Spain you can see them grow wild
although no one knows that they are eatable

well the first thing is to remove the thorns, I know Mexicans have a reputation of being brave
but not that much I recommend usin gloves because thorns
are very fine and they can hurt a lot
wash and chop them to put them in the blender and add grapefruit juice
as I explained in another video grapefruit is an excellent fat burner
but you an also use orange juice as it's sweeter and give
better taste
then we put a piece of papaya, in another video I told you I leave the seeds
but because they are bitter and cactus is too, I'll remove them
so it tastes better if you don't have papaya put pineapple
it also gives good flavor and is another great fruit for weight loss.
put it in the blender and ready
as you can see it's a bit slimy but it's good
