So, there are no actual news since the last time, since that was only a week ago.
I have driving education, I am writing applications, I was visited by a friend from Peru. I knew
her when I lived there 3 years ago (for 5 years). We went shopping and we made
sushi - there will be a video - and we visited a friend of mine with another friend and played
Naruto and watched a movie and had fun. This time there is not much to say, I thought a cooking video would be
nice, maybe somebody is interested and I will add a recipe.
I don't know, maybe you want to try it as well and tell me if you liked it. Maybe I will make more cooking videos if you liked it.
I also added subtitles so English speaking people can watch as well if they want to see what I am doing.
I am experimenting with the camera, this timeI am filming with my photo camera instead of the web cam, I hope the sound and the quality
of the video is better. There is nothing more to say.

Okay, I have a visitor, a friend of mine, who does not want to be seen, but well...
However, we thought we would try sushi, so we went shopping and got stuff, ginger drink and
lychee nectar and guava nectar and wasabi and we got nori (algea) and palm sugar (not
for sushi) and avocado and cucumber and stuff. Lisa is washing the rice, the water is all
dirty and you cannot see the rice anymore. we will see what happens. I hope the music
doesn't bother... NO, it will be nice. Oh, I am exited about the sushi! Wait... This
is , I don't know, the fourth, fifth or sixth time we wash the rice? and the water is still
dirty... looks like it might take a while. And in the background there is the soundtrack
from "The Hobbit", so we really are having fun! Okay, we have decided that the water
is clear enough. Well, it means we don't want to wash it another 3 million times, so we
will cook the rice now. And we will try to find out how you mix sushi-zu when you do
not have any real sushi-zu. Lisa now puts the rice... the water for the rice into the
pot. Three times. That are the left over from lunch. We are really healthy, there was green
salad and orange salad. More water... I don't like this salad. It is carrots, apple, savoy

is not full of vinegar. So, the recipe says 5 spoons of sugar (I hope there is enough

the stuff. Shame on you! So, five. Aaaand 2-3 tea spoons salt, 4 grams is the usual.
