hello
we mentioned about balance training before
and today we tell more about that
+30C now, it will be hot
the most suitable obstacles for balance training are low tubes or borders
you should place your feet a little angularly
line of contact goes from big toe to outer side of heel approximately
and try to place your feet with all surface concurrently
we warmed up, now making our balance training more difficult
there is no sense in differentiation of balance exercises and all others
because any movement improves your balance skill
there are many stones on the ground
maybe you can't see them on video
but we'll try to move on them using horizontal bars also
we are continuing to tell you about balance
we don't want to confine you
we suggest you to play some kind of game
when you begin to invent new movements, your mind is deep in thought
this process is individual
we call this "game". It's game with you body, mind and environment
this is cool
when you feel comfortable on stable obstacles, try to walk on unstable ones
this provides different feelings, demands greater skills and more concentration
the silence is the most important description of your movement
it is consequence of precision and good flow. It reflects your skills at whole
we often see huge jumps but this seems so clumsy
I recommend to do smaller jumps but quitely and precisely
the balance is gived to human by nature
in modern city environment we use it very seldom
and in our episodes we try to show simple exercises
which can help you improve this skill and feel yourself more confidently everyday
and one more thing
there are some conditions when it's easier to be silent and calm on your training
there is absolutely unique atmosphere in summer nights

and remember - you can train by night, not only watching TV
