We're going to transition into downward facing dog, Adho Mukha Svanasana, coming from up
dog, or cobra. The inhale is going to turn her toes under, and the exhale is going to
lift her hips up into downward facing dog, with all of its alignment cues. So the pose
is going to look like this, it's going to come in from, she's either going to be in
cobra or up dog. So it's an inhale for up dog, it's an exhale to transverdis transition
to downward facing dog. Again, the sun salutation works on very many different aspects of yoga.
She's working on strength, she's working on flexibility, and she's working on focus. She's
also creating heat in the body, because the movement keeps flowing. It's an inhale for
one pose; it's an exhale for the next pose. So Vinyasa keeps you flowing; movement follows
breath.
