To clean radicchio, first take your head of radicchio and remove the outer leaves.
Once that's done, run it under cool water to remove any extra dirt or debris. Next,
we're going to remove the stem by cutting the radicchio in half. You'll see here that
the stem is showing through and we want to get rid of that because it's completely inedible.
Do so by making a cut on either side of the stem in a "v", and the stem should pop right
out. And that is how you clean your radicchio.
