After we've cut our garlic into very small pieces, we're going to add our onions to the
oil; and then our garlic on top of that. We're not going to saut?` this all the way down
until it's really soft, because we're going to be adding wine and vegetable stock, and
then we're going to let it cook after that, so we don't need it to be that soft. Now we're
going to take our rice, and we want to toast this, so we're going to measure a half a cup
. We're going to add that right over our rice.
Stir that, so it's nice and coated. We're going to take our white wine, and measure
out half a cup. Then we're going to remove our vegetable stock from the heat. We're going
to give it another stir to make sure that there are no more big chunks, and then we're
going to measure out a cup of vegetable stock. We're going to bring this to a boil.
