>> Helen Morgan: The continuity is wonderful in my field.
I've been in practice for five years now, and I have delivered multiple babies for my patients.
I've taken care of their gynecological issues,
and I know them so well 'cause I took care of them for their pregnancy.
I have 15 or 20 mother daughter pairs that I take care of,
and I love that part of my practice.
You feel such a sense of accomplishment, you feel such a sense of helping people.
When I have been up all night delivering babies,
I come home the next day, I sleep, and I feel great.
I feel like I did something.
Delivering babies, doing C-sections, you feel like you really help people,
and I think there's something about this being a teaching hospital,
about having the medical students and the residents participating in care,
it keeps everything cutting edge.
Because when you have medical students and residents always asking you why --
why are you doing this, you always have to make sure you have the correct answer.
