Hi I'm David and I am the inventor of the RedNack iPad Stand.
uh, I just I gotta appologize for the wierd friends I got.
You know when you're up in the hills like this and you're near to the woods sort of
what you get.
Have to work with what you have some times.
Anyway, I just wanted to show you how this thing came about and as you can see behind
me here I got a old tree. An old tree we cut down. It's an old willow and as you can see
this is a...
you know you can build this stuff out of anything that's why it's redneck.
This might work. Except at this time of year, when I got the stands that I make which are
here, they're made of maple they're acually pretty, they're pretty nice because I got
them in April and April is spring and so they're dried out and not full of water.
But these one's now you know they might be rotten. So, they might work but this time
of year it's tricky.
You really want to wait till spring when you can get maple or something like that.
I started making this a long time ago. In fact it's a little art thing I call Wireform.
And that is totally made of wire and copper. And I started teaching it in art galleries
and thigs like that.
And that was pretty popular. I showed people how to make this.
But I wanted to, I got an iPad, and that changed a few things.
I wanted a place to put it because,
y'know, iPads don't stand up by themselves.
And so I wanted something that I could put it on that would work when I was reading or
laying in bed.
And I found that this is a really nice height to work from.
It's high enough that the iPad, the Mini iPad in my case, stands right in here and it's
really really nice to work with. And it's redneck because it's wood and it's wire.
Just readily available materials you can pick this stuff, up as I mentioned, along the roadside.
Let's cut to that picture. Here you can see me.
Here I am along the roadside just not far from here last spring.
And I'm just showing you that stuff that I had. And that's what I was collecting.
But here
is what I started with and you can see the various shapes and sizes that I did just experimenting
with.
So what I'm going to do is supply you with free instructions as to how to build this.
Just go to my website. This is the link here. Right here.
Click on that if it's not there it's down below in the description field down below.
And you can click on that and go to my website. I'm going to give you the free PDF how you
can do these yourself to make these.
Now, for those of you who can't get material like this, because it's really nice maple,
I went to the garden supply and I picked up some bamboo.
Now, bamboo is available around here most places anytime. It's fairly inexpensive, it's
nice and straight and dry. And so, I built this.
This is, I call this the bamboosel. It's the iPad stand sort of like those only it's
made with bamboo and wire.
So I just wanted to show you this it has some extra parts on here that the really crude
ones don't have.
Here's a little topper here I made. I'm going to give you that if you order the double kit
here,
that's the two-in-one. That goes on there, otherwise I'm going to show you how to make
this in the plans.
And I also added some little components that come with the kits.
And these are these little beads. You see these beads? They may not be like these exactly
but they're pretty close.
And I think that they're quite a nice little touch that helps to
doll it up a little bit and make it more functional.
These prevent, you know, the iPad from scratching in there things like that up against the wire.
So, it's just wire and bamboo really easy to make. You should be able to make these.
Geat gift. Lots of people have iPads and Mini iPads.
So you can give these to your friends. There's nothing like a gift that you make yourself.
So come on over to my site. And you can find that, the link is right down below.
And you can, I'll show you how to make this.
For free!
And for those of you who don't want to do that, or can't find the material, there's
also kits that are available that I produce. This is all in the kit. It's real easy to
assemble. I designed this a special way it's all kind of already half together for you.
So you can put that together. Really nice for a gift.
So, head over to that. There's the link, see it there?
Or down here in the description field.
Click it now! Come on over and I will give you this gift. It's for you today.
Thanks for coming by!
