Hi! I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make
a cat costume for this Halloween. One of the possible add-ons to your costume are fangs.
If you've ever owned a cat or you've seen them on TV, cats have fangs. They like to
rip up their foot and they need some sharp teeth to do that, so fangs are another option
for your cat costume. I'm actually not going to put them on our volunteer here today for
a couple of reasons. First off, while fangs are an option, I personally do not recommend
them for your cat costume. If you're going to wear fangs, make them be the really easy
in and out of your mouth. The type of fangs that bend over, the plastic fangs. Theyre
are attached using adhesive that you put up on your incisor. There's a couple of draw
backs to this, which is the exact same spiel you'll get from me if I was making up a vampire.
Number one; it's harder to close your mouth. A lot of times these teeth will keep your
mouth open. If you try to close your mouth, they break off. That's not a good thing. Something
else, related to vampires again, people may look at your cat and go what are you some
kind of vampire animal. It's weird, but people in Halloween especially will associate fangs
with vampires and werewolves as opposed to more natural creatures which also have fangs.
