I went vegan two years ago in January because I saw a bunch of videos of how animals
are being treated and how they were getting milk from cows and
eggs from chickens. And it is almost worse than, I feel that it
is almost worse than killing the animals because they are like so torturous before
they die. My message to young people who want to be
serious about animal rights is that it is not a difficult as it seems to be hardcore
about animal rights you just feel better, you feel better when
you are not eating meat. A lot of people use the food chain as a justification
to eat meat and talk about how animals eat other animals
so, I can humans eat animals but my point I think is that its less about eating animals
for me and killing animals and it is about their
life condition. And no other animal in the wild mass-produces
other animals and tortures them the way we do
in slaughterhouses and factories. My advice for people who want to go vegan
is to take it one day at a time. And its not so scary when you dont look
at the big picture and you sort it just like that
like today Im going to cut out cheese, and then tomorrow Im going to cut out meat
and then do it step by step. I decided to go all the way because I think
it is the best thing you can do for animals. [Music playing]
