How to Make Pico De Gallo. Tasty homemade pico de gallo is a simple way to add a flavorful
kick to almost any meal. You will need 1 ½ c. tomatoes, seeded and diced ¼ c. onions,
diced 1 tbsp. jalapeños, diced 1 tbsp. garlic, minced 2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped 2 limes and
salt and pepper. Step 1. Combine the tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, garlic, and cilantro in
a medium-sized bowl. Step 2. Squeeze the juice of two limes over the mixture, adding salt
and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. To get the most juice, soften the lime by pressing
down on it and rolling it over a countertop. Step 3. Cover and chill for up to four hours,
or enjoy immediately for an instant treat. This recipe can be used for dipping, cooking,
