KYRIACOS MOSFILIOTIS: My course is very interesting because it is a part of the media school in the university and and I am pleased to be a part of a media school that's so recognised
in the industry. My course provided me with everything necessary I wanted to be ready
to go in industry and find a job. The application process was very easy I just had to download
the form from the Universities website, fill all the neccessary details, I included as
well a portfolio of my work. We arranged a Skype interview and everything was okay. Everything
is included here, canteen, restaurant, sports facilites, the library. Generally Talbot campus
has everything so every student is happy to be here. I'm staying in Corfe House, it's
a very beautiful place and quiet especially for post graduate students. After a couple
of months and meeting people in the media school I found out that there were another
four or five people from Cyprus and I'm happy to have some people from my country. Bournemouth
is a town that has everything that a student needs, clubs, pubs, you can walk by the beach,
there is the cinema, polite people and generally it's a quiet place to live. I think my writing
skills were the most challenging part that I had to overcome I managed to overcome by
the support from the academic writing office, by having tutorials with them and with the
feedback that we get every time after an essay or project has been handed in. Bournemouth
University is such an amazing experience and I feel very proud to be a part of this community.
