Hello everyone, I'm Paulo Costa, Welcome to my bench, A Minha Bancada
In today's video I will show you how I made this beautiful stove
and dishwasher for children.
Do not go out and follow the video
In this project I started by designing in sketchup.
I idealized the project this way
I'll leave the measurements and plans on the blog in the description.
The wood that I will use in this project is 10 mm MdF,
I already bought the Mdf with some pieces already cut in the measurements,
I started to make the marking for the prefabrication, for the screws
I always made the prefabrication so the wood did not crack
I used a countersink to open the drill
so that the screw head was inside the wood without being exposed.
In this project I used 15 mm screws
At the end of doing all the drills I began to put the pieces together.
I used UHU wood glue,
it is a quick glue with a high adhesive strength,
and when dry it is transparent
Now I will put the back of the cabinet,
the process is the same, make the prefabrication
and paste with UHU wood glue.
and at the end I will screw with 15 mm screws
Here I used the sliding board I made in another project
if you want to see how I did it,
you can see up here at this link Where is this project.

Now I'm going to cut the partition that will divide the interior of the cabinet,
I took care to leave this part well centered
and then fastened with screws 15 mm
Not forgetting to glue it with UHU wood glue,
I placed these corners and this front part
to facilitate placement of the top front panel.
So screw it inside
I made the prefix
glue and fixed the panel with two clips
to stay in the right position after, them put the screws.
I'll check the steps to cut the cabinet door,
here I used my circular saw to make this cut.
I'll cut a piece to put in the bottom under the oven door.
I reattached some corners in Mdf 16 mm to make the tightening inside.
Now I'm going to cut the oven door
I marked the steps to cut the hole where it will take the oven window.
I used the optical saw to make this cut.
I adjusted the edges on my roller sander
and then with the spindle I made a frost on the inside
and then fit the acrylic that will be doing the window.
Now I'm going to make the hole for the dishwasher sink
Here I will use a stainless steel cup
that was from a kitchen scale that no longer works,
to serve as dishwasher.
I made the appointment with a partner and then cut it.
I drilled a hole with a 10 mm drill.
What works for me are the screwdrivers of the Makita that were sent to me by the ferramenta.Pt
With the holes it is easier to start the cut with the saw.
I made a sloped frieze with the blade to fit the dishwasher better,
then made the final adjustment with the groza.
And this was the first part of this project
that I had to divide it into two parts,
because it is a big project and with many steps.
