At this point you should have outlined the three large areas of your image. Now you have the face, the neck and the clothing.

To cut the neck area from the clothing, duplicate the neck layer, select it, select the
clothing, go to pathfinder over here and then apply Minus front.

If we fill this area with a color, you can see that now the fill only aplies to the clothing.
We need to do the same for this area, but this time we need to cut the shape of the face
from the neck layer, so we duplicate the face, select the layer, select the neck and apply
minus front just like before.
Now we have 3 separate areas, well outlined, as you can see.
Let's color them to see the difference better.
So now we have this funny looking, Predator-like shape.
