Well 2014 is upon us and it's going to be the YEar of the Entrepreneurial leader! It's
around developing skills and phrases and a commitment and a new way of thinking to help
you and your team flourish. So whether you're a leader in an established
organisation, in a management role in someone else's business, or an organisation or even
running your own SME, you'll find that there's a new sense of urgency and opportunity upon
you to develop some new skills around how you think about the business of business.
And, whether or not you're prepared to stretch in fresh ways.

understand as someone that had been a General Manager in a large Not for Profit responsible
for a State, sitting on a National Executive Team, here in Australia, I understand that
Christmas is often a time where Executives and senior leaders will take their foot off
the gas , just for a few minutes and pause and reflect "Is this where I want to be. Is
this what I want to do? Have I got it in me to go through another 12 months with limited
reserves, limited resources?" Often Leaders will push through because of
their earnest belief in the commitment and the values of the organisation, but something's
got to give!

technologies and new mediums to reach an audience, to build a community, to establish your personal
brand, such as this video and ultimately bringing it all together and tying it up in a bow with
family. Because you and I are more than the sum of
our work. We are ing act, incredibly valuable to the people we do life with.
And as Leaders, unless we develop an entrepreneurial edge and give ourselves permission to flourish,
often, you know the people that matter most to us in the world, actually feel like they're
coming 2nd place....
One of the things I love most doing as an Executive Coach is working with a limited
number of clients every 90 days. So the maximum I work with is 20. I'm working with about
80 people over a 12 month period and then about 20 keynote speaking presentations throughout
the year. That certainly enables me to give my best
and keep up to date with all the current trends around #positive disruption and innovation
and leveraging technologies in a way that don't overwhelm you but rather, like policies
and procedures, will actually release you by creating systems to help you and your team
flourish. I could go on because I love this stuff so
