How are you using artificial intelligence to improve IT?
The primary function of an artificial intelligence
is to maintain the systems that you currently have
inside of your IT department. Now that would be repairing systems that are
having an issue
that would be rescaling an environment both based on what's going on now
and what's going to go on in the future as well as
automatically adapting your systems so that it's always
at its best performance and running in peak condition
while at the same time not wasting unnecessary resources within your
environment.
In addition to being able to solve repairs or scaling issues within your
environment the AI could actually start to predict when an error within the
system would occur
For instance if when memory level on a particular device gets high
it typically crashes. The AI will remove users from that system and direct them
to devices that have a lower memory level.
This allows it to prevent errors from occurring in your environment
in the first place. The more experience the artificial intelligence has
with running any application
the better it will actually react in given circumstances
because it knows more about how that particular application behaves.
This is very similar to how people manage applications but the difference
is, is that
instead of it being based to personnel which will come and go from your
organization and
may not be awake when a particular error occurs is that
it's always on, it's always watching, and it's able to react at the speed of a
machine which human beings simply cannot match.
