Hi, on behalf of expertvillage.com, I am Shelly here at AA Callister in Salt Lake City, Utah
and I am going to show you the different sizes of horse blankets. Now this is Rudy here and
he has on one of our winter horse blankets. He is just your average size horse right here.
He actually measures an 80 and I will show you how to measure a horse for a winter horse
blanket in just a moment but they do make horse blankets for all sizes and types of
horses. Now this here is a mini horse blanket. This is going to be for your miniature little
horses. They need horse blankets too. They are just little and they make them this small
and this is also called a full savor blanket. The reason it is called the full savor blanket
is because a lot of folds are born early spring and some are even being born in January and
February and that is a real cold time of year. Mother nature didn't really intend for horses
to be born that time of year and they can die if they are born too early and out in
a cold pasture. So when that horse is born so early, we can put on a full savor blanket
on them and these are adjustable as the fold grows, they are just Velcro and as the fold
grows we can extend it to fit the fold as he grows. So we will start with the small
blanket here for a mini and we will go all the way up to a size 94 for a draft horse
so that is the sizes of winter horse blankets.
