Hello, my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you several quick
and easy Vietnamese dishes. To make the authentic Vietnamese beef noodle soup we need to have
the fresh or frozen Vietnamese noodles. They should be available in most Asian food markets.
Then you need 2 pounds of beef neck bones or any kind of beef bones. 1/2 a onion, also
1/2 a package of Vietnamese beef noodle soup seasoning. I would go over what is inside
the spice mixture later. Also need 6 ounces bean sprout which is for garnishing. If you
don't like bean sprout you can omit it. But it is very common to serve bean sprout when
you have Vietnamese noodle soup. For garnishing you also need a lime and some Thai basil leaves.
As you see they look different from the regular basil leaves. You also need some coriander
leaves for garnishing and 3/4 of fish sauce.
