Hello I know, like me, you're probably asking the question, "How do Iose weight?" I have
to tell you, "I cracked the code!" And you're saying, "Kimberly, you
don't look like you cracked the code!" Let me tell you I DID!
Now, Here's the deal. Several years ago I decided to lose weight I had had it, I had
done the different companies, diet plans, cleanses, pills, and I am going to tell you
really quickly... To lose weight you need to have proper diet,
proper exercise and proper water consumption and you need to track it all
I know that's not what you want to hear however, when I decided to lose weight I went
to the store and I stood in the long aisle and I read all those boxes and they all had
small print on them. And the small print said, "With Proper Diet and Exercise!"
Nobody reads the small print. And so I designed my own successful exercise
and diet routine. And I did it for myself!
So what I will be sharing with you... a few of my tips and tricks... Okay?
So you can lose weight. And don't worry about IT
Ya know... it's all good.
NO matter where YOU are... it's good. 'Cause I love you for who you are
