In this partner pose, Gina and I are going to flow two poses that we've already done
together, the Table and the Fountain. So we're going to come facing each other, its going
to be really great for our back, feels really good. Good. Now we're just going to take a
moment to center. And then we're going to reach our hands to each other's shoulders.
And we're going to begin to walk away from each other until we get to that point where
our spine feels nice and lengthen. Tail bone in one direction, crown of the head in the
other. Good. Inhaling, we're going to lift up and walk our feet in close to each other.
And then as we exhale, sliding our hands back, and opening back into the fountain, allowing
your shoulders to go lifting out a few ways and then coming back up. Walking back, coming
back into the table, lengthening from tail bone to tail bone, inhaling walking back forward,
and then exhaling sliding your arms back, lifting your chest up and opening up to the
sky. And then exhaling back into the center. Good, releasing your hands down, coming back
in the center one more time.
