one of my numerous favorite recipes !

to help you eat what you like
while keeping yourself healthy...
It's on the house !
Today, we will learn how to make
a delicious fruit cocktail cake roll.
A super light dessert, easy and quick to cook.
To make this cake, you will need
4 eggs / 120 grams of sugar
150 grams of flour / 1 tsp. of baking soda
2 tsp. of vanilla extract / 500g of fruit cocktail
canned, frozen or that you can make with fresh fruit
and 10 grams of unsalted butter for your cake pan.
10 grams of fat you will be able to get rid of if you want to

In a large bowl, break the eggs.
With just one hand, to show off!
Let's don't care about eggshells!
Add the sugar and the vanilla extract.
Beat for 5 minutes
Little by little, add the sifted flour and the baking soda.
Beat again for 30 seconds
It smells like paradise...
The batter of your cake roll is now ready.
Butter your cake pan
First part of my incredible secret :
Sprinkle flour over your cake pan
and make sure it is all covered with flour.
Bake at 210°C [410°F] for 8 to 10 minutes
Humid dish towel
Don't forget to turn your short cake out of the pan
when it's still hot.
It will be very easily to remove the butter and floor
that were covering your pan.
