Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show
you how to make lasagna. We're going to add 2 pounds of ricotta cheese, it's actually
2 pounds 32 ounces right into our mozzarella and start mixing. You're just going to add
the ricotta and you can add a little bit at a time or the whole thing. What you want to
do is start folding your cheese together to start mixing them up. Take your time it's
going to take a minute or so and you'll see by doing this you're just folding, turning
and folding. You'll get a nice mix of ricotta and mozzarella cheese, you see I have my mozzarella
mixed nice with my ricotta. What we're going to do know is get my lasagna and start spreading
out our lasagna, it should be cool enough to spread out. We're going to start making
our layers in our pan.
