Alternate Day Diet (ADF) by Gary who is determined to Learn How To Lose Weight Fast Using Intermittent Fasting. I am still 89.1 Kgs this is great because even though I am eating normally I am not putting on weight. My mode because Its my normal eating day I was able to eat snacks, healthy snacks.
Food was great no chocolates, and stuff like that. I did Achieve my 20,000 steps during the day. I walked on my trendmil through the midnight watching the TV. My learning were typing my results into my exercise log because the fitbit gives you a
comprehensive calibration of what kind of exercise you have been involved with. I am surprised to note that my walking on trendmil burns more calories than spinning on the gym. Spinning for 40 minutes burns 400 calories. Walking 6km/hr burned 550 calories.
So I'll do more of that. So that was my leanings today. Thank you
