Hi everyone. Welcome to this new tutorial.
Today i will to explain a little bit about setting audio outputs using
Fender Universal ASIO audio driver for recording via usb with the Fender Mustang amps
Well glancing at the forums is that when you want to record a track gets done okey but...
if you have many tracks or channels in the mixing and you want to record one more
you can't listen the other ones tracks which are important to continue with the recording so...
audio output settings in cubase is a little different
is precisely what I will explain below
once the driver is installed, connect amp to the pc through usb cable
then check the connection using Fender Fuse
green icon means that connection is established
well then create a new audio track
and go to devices (click on device setup)
select Fender Universal Asio driver
then go to control panel
is very important to turn off the audio input from your audio interface recording or the system port in my case is the integrated audio card Realtek high definition
turn on usb audio devices as input from the mustang amp
then go to VST System link and select as Asio input: USB audio device 1
and to Asio output select anyone, i use output 3
then proceed to vst connections - Inputs
and for left channel, select USB audio device 1 consequently, USB audio device 2 for right channel
in outputs select audio output 1 and audio output 2
and as a demostration...
sound you hear now is from the amplifier
and sound you hear now is from audio monitors
you can record listening from your monitors or from your amplifier
let see
Well that's all
have fun!
bye.
