Build SQL statements from data from one list
Go to Site Settings
Select SP4IT - List to SQL, under Site Administration group
Select Site URL
Select the list on which you want to create the query
Now you can see the list fields
Select the fields to include in the query and click OK
SP4IT-List to SQL generates the SQL query below
Now you can copy the SQL statement, 10 00:00:60,000 --> 00:01:05,000 and paste it in the Database Management tool you use
in this example, SQL Management Studio...
... which is connected to our SharePoint Content Database
Execute the query to view the query result
You can also retrieve the items that have been deleted...
...but they still are in the Recycle Bin
Repeat the process
But now check Show All
SQL statement now has a new column [Deleted] to report if each row is in the Recycle Bin or not
Run the new query in the Database Management tool
Now the query result also includes the list items in the Recycle Bin and the new column [Deleted]
