Hello! Another message to tell all of you.
When you start working out, you will notice changes with yourself in 4 weeks.
Your close friends and family, will notice your changes in 8 weeks,
Then the rest of the world will notice in 12 weeks. One, two and three months, respectively.
That's why it's important to be patient when working out, don't expect changes in one week.
However you can expect to see changes in yourself in 4 weeks.
That's why my challenge, which is for us to get ready for the summer, 6 months later -
Will really help you, if you can notice your changes 6 times, 6 months.
So that would be worth it.
