When you see Allâh’s mercy and blessings leaving a people.
When you see Allâh’s wrath and punishment strike a place.
The punishments of high prices, storms, water shortages...
The punishments of shootings and murders...
of shortages in electricity and commodities...
When the protection of dignity, life and possessions come to an end...
When the whole society is affected by such calamities...
...then come to realise that society has left observing the rights of the weak!
That basic rights have been snatched from ORPHANS, the poor, the needy, women, the oppressed, the weak and labourers!
Despite his immensely busy schedule, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri personally spends time with the children living in Agosh!
Agosh will be a centre catering for 500 orphan and needy children.
It will include such modern facilities that these children will feel as though they are in their real homes.
This project can only run successfully with generous donations and support.
Due to natural disasters, this year the Minhaj Welfare Foundation (MWF) will allocate all of its zakat and donations towards it.
The Minhaj ul Qur’an movement deserves abundant credit for establishing the Agosh institution for orphans and needy children.
Agosh means embrace or lap.
You are embracing.
That is, if you embrace orphans and needy children just as your own children on your lap, they will take you to paradise!
His Excellency [the Prophet] (s) said:
That I and the one who sponsors an orphan child will be together in Paradise like these two fingers!
His Excellency (s) raised his fingers.
...that we will be together just as these [fingers] are [joined] together.
And you see that these cannot be separated. They are so close that they are joined!
He meant this is how [close] I (s) will keep the one who sponsors an orphan with me in Paradise!
Come and support Minhaj Welfare Foundation (MWF) in helping humanity so that Agosh can sponsor orphans and destitute children.
Agosh will not be a centre for them. Rather, they will consider it to be home sweet home!
