Hello
We are at El Hogar ProVegan.
We are cooking some potatoes with mushrooms.
This is a kind of food which is healthy, good, cheap and you do not have to use animals.
Look: first you place some garlic in the pan with some leek or onion (that is up to you).
Ours is already being steamed in the pan.
Once this sautée is made, we add some natural tomatoes.
When the tomatoes are also steamed, we put in some paprika and a bit of salt.
Once all these ingredients have been steamed, we add the mushrooms (already cooked in their natural juice) and the potatoes,
which must be broken into pieces with the knife instead of being cut.
This way the broth will be thicker.
Once the ingredients have been steamed again, we add some water, a little bit of pepper
and if you wish, some cloves. Then, we let it cook for a while.
A healthy dish which is also very good and it is also an ideal hot dish for cold winter days!
And this is the result!
We have already finished cooking our potatoes and mushroom dish.
The recipe is ready in about 45 minutes, it doesn't take long to prepare it.
By breaking the potatoes into pieces with the knife, instead of cutting them,
we make the broth thicker. Look!
It is very good and no animal has suffered in the process.
Now, a little bit of parsley if you want, and here it is, perfect!
