Start off with one of the 2 colours of your choice for your background, then do loads of random lines over it, as shown
Now go onto 'Filter -> Artistic -> Cubism' and then mess around with the settings untill you find the size you want.
Now you've made it into loads of cubes, blur 4/5 times. ( Filters -> Blur -> Blur )
Now you've blurred it, go to 'Filters -> Generic -> Erode' and repeat 3 or 4 times.
Now go to 'Filters -> Noise -> Pick' and mess around with the settings untill it's as shown
Now you've made it pixely, go to 'Filters -> Artistic -> Oilify' change settings untill it's how you want it to look.
If it's not how you want, re-do pick and then oilify, untill you like it, i didn't like it first time round, but i prefer the second one.
you can mess around with other stuff, add any stuff to want to make it look good, change colours, anything you want to customise it
That is how you make a basic camo, which you can use in Call Of Duty games, i will do a tutorial soon on how to import them
