Hi! I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make
this delicious sweet and refreshing pumpkin ice cream. Now that we've tempered the egg
mixture, we're going to slowly pour it back into the cream, mixing it with a wooden spoon
this time instead of a wire whisk. Make sure we get all those seasonings in there, and
then we're going to turn the flame on medium so that we can cook this. We don't want it
to get too thick. Let's mix this up a little bit before I turn the flame back on. We're
going to have it medium. It's not too high of a flame. This wants to cook a little bit
more on the slow side. This you really do need to stir constantly. As soon as it gets
to the custard stage, we're going to have to take it off the heat immediately.
