We are about to leave Penn State and head
to the Middle East for a UN Conference. The United Nations Alliance of Civilizations conference,
that's being held in Doha (Qatar) this year, and we are the staff of
the World in Conversation Project These are some amazing facilitators I have here,
so we're about to take our skills and bring them onto a world stage.
You guys want to say something about what you're expecting when we get there?

[Sheffy]: I'm really exicited to meet the people that
we've had a virtual relationship with through video dialogues,
and facilitating video dialogues and now being able to see them in real life,
and I'm really excited to take the skills I've learned here
and take them to another culture.
[Karim]: My name is Karim, and as Sheffy said I'm very excited
to meet, in person, the people that I have been in video dialogues with
over the past year. I'm looking forward to
having pretty decent conversations with people from all over the world.
I'm looking forward to seeing how my facilitation skills are going to be
challenged in a different setting.
[Brenton]: My name is Brenton Mitchell, and I'm excited
about the opportunity to travel, and to experience a new culture,
and to meet people from a variety of walks of life.
[Laurie]: So, we're also going to be meeting some of our alumni facilitators when we get there
who are living in other countries around the world who are going to be coming to the conference too.
