Okay. So it's finally time to plate the curry up. So we're going to start with that brown
rice that we made earlier. Just going to put it in a bowl, actually. Usually, I would do
platters. I don't know, platters are fun for a party. And yet, this dish is far more appropriate
to be plated in the kitchen. So I'm going to take -- You can hear the curry bubbling
away. Spoon that sauce right on top. A little bit more tofu. Using a little spoon because
it's still so hot, I don't want to get it all over myself. And in some Asian-inspired
dishes, our dinner party is ready to go.
