Today we will prepare Paneer.
There are many dishes(currys and sweet meats) that can be made from Paneer.
Paneer is available in the market but if desired one can easily make it at home without consuming much time.
Ingredients required to make paneer.
Milk - 1 litre/5 cups
Lemon - 1
Turn on the gas and boil milk.
While the milk boils,squeeze juice from lemon.

We will now add lemon juice to the milk little at a time and stir regularly.
The milk will now start to ferment. Leave it aside for 2 mins.
Fermentation of the milk is complete and we can see the paneer separately.

We cannot leave the paneer in the utensil for long as it will harden hence filter it quickly.
Pour cold water to the Paneer to wash away the lemon's flavour.
Excess water from Paneer can be removed by wringing the cloth followed
by pressing with a rolling board. This also solidifies the Paneer.
Soft Paneer is now ready which comprises of 1 litre/5 cups milk which weighs almost 200 grams.
After 10-15 minutes the Paneer can be cut into desired pieces.
