Right now, I'm going to show you how you can quickly burn a lot of fat in
only ten minutes, using a treadmill. Okay, what you're going to do is,
you're going to run or walk real fast, like I'm doing now in the video, for
only ten seconds. Then, after you finish walking or running real fast for
ten seconds, you're going to rest and completely stop for ten. You're going
to keep doing this over and over for ten to 20 minutes. That's really all
you have to do to lose a lot of weight in ten minutes.
But let me point out a very few important things you must do to make this
workout work for you. Make sure that for the ten second part, where you're
running or walking, that you actually run or walk real fast for those ten
seconds. So on a scale of one to ten, with ten being real hard or very
intense, you should be at, at least, a level eight for the hard parts where
you run or walk real fast for ten seconds.

fat fast doing these types of workouts. But you only need to do this ten to
20-minute workout three to four days a week. If you feel like you're able
to do this work out every day or longer than 20 minutes, then you're simply
doing this workout wrong. Because if you were doing this workout the right
way and running or walking real fast during the ten second parts during
this workout, then you should be so exhausted or not feel like doing
anything else workout-wise after the ten to 20-minute workout.
Also, if you ran or walked fast enough at a high intensity, then you would
not dare do this work out more than three or four days a week. So if this
workout is too easy for you or if it gets too easy, you can always run or
walk faster. You could run or walk for longer than ten or 20 seconds before
your ten-second break. Or you can take a shorter five to seven second break
when you rest. You can walk or run up a hill or an incline like I'm doing
now in the video. Or if you don't have a treadmill, you can just workout on
another workout machine, like an elliptical machine or a stationary bike.
But if this workout is too hard for you, you still want to run or walk real
fast on and off throughout the entire ten to 20-minute workout. But instead
of resting for just ten seconds after you finish running or walking real
fast for ten seconds, then you can rest longer for ten to 30 seconds. As
you get fitter, you can gradually lower your rest time all the way down to
ten seconds to burn more and more fat.
Okay, right now, let's go over some safety issues when doing this treadmill
workout. Right now I'm just showing you over and over how I get on and off
the treadmill after I finish running and resting for ten seconds throughout
my entire workout. Notice that how every time I'm about to start running or
resting for ten seconds that I always grab the treadmill rails and hold on.
Notice that when I start running, I always grab the treadmill for a couple
of seconds until I feel safe, and then I let go of the treadmill and I
start running.
You don't have to let go of the treadmill. You can always hold onto the
treadmill if it makes you feel more safe and comfortable. Notice that how
when I'm finished running for ten seconds that I grab the treadmill and I
kick my feet out. I place my feet on the sides of the treadmill at the same
time, so I can rest.
Now, if you're walking, you can just step your feet out. The faster you run
or walk equals the faster you'll have to grab the treadmill and kick your
feet out at the same time. Lastly, for safety, if you don't feel
comfortable at all with doing this on a treadmill, you can do this on other
workout machines like elliptical machines or stationary bikes. The main
thing is, I do not want you to get hurt. I only want you to burn fat so you
can look good naked.
