Ok, let's discuss what happens if nobody has kings. Again, I've randomly shuffled, and
it gets harder and harder each time to have a qualifying hand, obviously, right? So the
pot builds. Now let's look at the hand to my left. Oop, four to a flush, but not a qualifying
hand, to open betting. Again, four to a flush, but not a qualifying hand to open betting,
and to your left, a pair of nines, not a qualifying hand to open betting, and I have again, not
a qualifying hand, despite having a pair, so nobody has kings, so what's next? Well,
you would re-ante and muck the cards, and you'd be looking for a hand with a pair of
aces in it to open betting, and if that doesn't work out, then you're looking for two pair.
Now two pair, can be threes and deuces, but you're running out of qualifying hands, so
you see how in jacks to open, the pot can build before there is really any betting,
so think about that, but know that it can be a fun game, that requires skill to play.
